Our Roots
Dr. William H. Berger a physical therapist for over 50 year was unsatisfied with the quality and selection of products available to his patients when he had his practice and therefore founded Kustomer Kinetics, Inc. in 1979.
Working with chemists and cosmetic advisors, Dr. Berger devised a comprehensive line of health care products that were formulated with the objective to be therapeutically effective to the patient, at the same time be less expensive. He was tired of people stating that their products were the "next best thing".
To often they actually failed to meet the patient needs, and their caregivers requirements as well. With these concerns in mind he took his products to doctors, clinic, physical therapy and rehab facilities. He provided them with free samples for their use and evaluation. Their valuable feed back provided him with the necessary information to take back to his laboratory for re-evaluation and re-formulation. Until he was absolutely certain that the patients and therapist had a product that met their complete satisfaction, it would not go on to production. In addition, the product was checked to be certain it met the FDA requirements before it went into the marketplace. Once on the shelfs Kustomer Kinetics, Inc. assured their customers that every sale came with a complete 100% satisfaction guarantee.
