Return And Refund Policy

Our Guarantee

At Kustomer Kinetics, Inc., our mission is to provide the equipment, supplies, and solutions that help your business thrive. We aim to build long-term relationships and always stand by the products we sell. If you’re not fully satisfied, we will refund your purchase on most items within 30 days of the purchase date.


How to Return an Item

Returning an item is easy. Just reach out to us via email at sales@kustomerkinetics.com, chat, or call 626-445-6161. We will respond promptly and assist you with your return.


Break It Down & Keep It Around

Please keep the shipping packaging for at least the first 30 days. If you need to return an item, you will need the original packaging. A tip from our pro customers: cut through the tape of the box and flatten it out to save space.


Defective Item

If you bought a product and have an issue, your purchase is covered by our guarantee. Here’s what you can expect from Kustomer Kinetics, Inc. if an item is defective:


  • Prompt responses
  • A fair resolution


We may need you to take a picture of the product. Afterward, we will send you a no-charge shipping label to return the item. Once the defect is verified, we will provide a replacement. Please note that refunds after use are handled on a case-by-case basis.


Damaged Shipment

When your order arrives, inspect the contents for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If there is damage to the contents, contact us within 24 hours. Take pictures and keep all packaging, as we will need to provide this to the delivery company. We will send you a no-charge shipping label to return the package. Once the damage is verified, we will immediately refund your payment or provide a replacement.


Return Policy

Most products may be returned within 30 days, provided they are in the original packaging and in new/unused condition. A restocking fee of 20% generally applies to returns. All refunds are processed quickly to the same payment method used in the original purchase.


Non-returnable items include:

  • Custom items
  • Opened containers: oils, lotions, creams, wipes, etc.
  • Certain pharmaceuticals (per the FDA)
  • Any item that states “not returnable” in the item description

Order Cancellation

Changed your mind? No problem. Most items can be canceled within 1 day of purchase or prior to shipment. However, Kustomer Kinetics, Inc., may already be in production specifically for your order and may have a cancellation fee of 20%. Custom items cannot be canceled. If a delivery is refused, it will be treated as a return.


All refunds will be processed once the return shipment is received and checked. The actual return of funds typically takes 24-72 hours but can vary and take up to 10 days depending on payment processing parties.
